AquaMarket uses Payfast and Zapper as our payment gateway, as well as COD (cash on delivery) (This is store dependant). Payfast accepts payment via credit cards, cheque cards, Instant EFT (via Internet Banking), mobicred, Masterpass, SCode and debit cards. Zapper is a free ‘scan to pay’ app that makes payments convenient and secure.

All shipments are managed by the individual stores, and shipping rates and rules vary between stores, please check with the store for all shipping related queries.

Yes, you can buy from multiple stores at once, bearing in mind each store has their own shipping methods and polices.

Please note Aqua Market does not hold any warranty or facilitate any returns, this is done at a store level with the individual supplier, please contact the relevant store and sure to read each stores policies and terms & conditions before purchase. However we wish to only provide the best products available and will continue to monitor the stores ratings based on clients feedback.

There is no regulation to the product cost, each store is operated independently and prices are set by store owners. There are multiple factore that can determine the prices set such as: quality, size, age, geolocation, imported/locally bred.

AquaMarket pre popullates all species and strains as the request comes in to add them to the market. If the Species/Strains page is empty means either that there is no current stock amongst the stores or no store is selling them as of yet. You will notice a product count under each product category, indicating how many of those products are available as per below:
