Rabbit Snail (Yellow)

Rabbit Snails are large, peaceful freshwater snails prized for their attractive shells, vibrant colour variations, and unique long “rabbit-like” faces. They are excellent additions to planted and community aquariums, where they help keep the substrate and décor clean by grazing on algae, biofilm, and leftover food.

Primarily herbivorous, they should be offered a varied diet including algae wafers, blanched vegetables, and other plant-based foods. Unlike many common pest snails, Rabbit Snails reproduce slowly, making them easy to manage and ideal for display aquariums.
